IMO fair value with cash heavy offer - I want the cash..markets are in for a big fall in
2010 and cash will be king..too much risk in
waiting for long term returns if TRA not sold.
if you trust the socialists in charge in DC
then you will be a victim of high taxes and
rapid drops in all markets.
