One more note.
TRA's annual income for 2009 is one pace to be $220 mln, easily. We should see at least the same level income for 2010, if not higher, since the current consensus is that the fert's pricing are bottomed. Therefore, in about 4 years, TRA will again have a big cash pile that could reach $1 bln again. The "debt" is merely a way of getting the div out quickly. Rating :
