Let's see if we agree what the new $6,500 credit means. Currently anyone who has not owned a home in the last three years can buy a new home and received $8,000.
Now is the following going to be true: that until April 2010; any applicable, current home owner (who has lived in their home for at least five years) can buy a new home and collect $6,500? Is that right???? Rating :
