Your posts are nearly all worth reading and many times I get valuable info.

Toll I do not think is a stock that should frustrate you. Think of it as the caboose of a train. The train is the U.S. economy. No one really knows how bad things are going to get. Was the growth in GDP sustainable or a blip and the economy will continue to deteriorate?

The relevance to Toll is the McMansion business will not thrive unless the economy does. I think you will be right as I am betting the same way you are...but we could also be wrong. I have until January 2011 for this to play out as that is when my options expire.

My only advice is in my experience the market is much more ego deflating if I play it in the short run so I try to buy as much time as possible. Having time does ease (but not entirely) my frustration.
