I would agree that TMO has seen its best days during the Dekker's period. The opportunity that TMO has is in integrating its reagents, consumables and equipment to focus on applications inside the lab. This could be a huge opportunity but TMO is not structured to enable this and I am not sure that the new leadership has the capability to facilitate this within. The new leadership team is focused externally on acquisitions vs. harvesting the opportunities they have from the Fisher / Thermo merger.
