What changes?
The next coupon on the 8 1/4's is due on 3/1/2010. It's a $412,000 ticket. I predict TLX is in Ch. 11 before next April, and that coupon is not paid. Mulcahy maybe gets to take some lump sum retirement money before the bankruptcy court can preempt. Rating :
