As per the public announcements, baby Joe has stated that they are focusing on software and services but internal news is that there have not been any new developments.

Over the last year, Tollgrade has not done anything to reduce costs to develop a viable long-term business software or service business. While most of the long-term ex-Lucent senior management is gone, they have been replaced by equally “high priced” personnel from Marconi. In addition, they have added new Board members to increase Corporate overhead.
