Tlab Jan 2011 $7.5 calls sell for 90cents that is 15% up front now and get $7.5 next year if you think it will be there.
Now I would only use money that would be sitting in a bank account making zero. Posibbly make 40% in a year. What is wrong with that. If it goes down you have a 15% cushion. If it goes up you make 25% more. Add it up and do not get greedy. Sit back and play another. I would prefer doing this with a better stock, but if you want TLAB thats a choice.
