Uh . . . that is incorrect. Those figures are for 9 Months year-to-date.

In Q1, TIE bought back "nominal" shares for $0.1 Million. In Q2, it bought 0.4 Million shares for $4.3 Million.

In Q3, TIE bought back about 200,000 shares for $1.5 Million. These are small numbers, rounded, so a price/share calc can't be very accurate - - but the Q3 buyback price appears to have averaged about $7.50 - - perhaps setting a floor under TIE's falling stock price in Mid-July (TIE bottomed at $7.34) and/or in mid-August (when TIE bottomed at $7.47).
