Stock market is the expectations game – better than expected or worst than expected.

Almost everyone expected the terrible earnings (after ATI and RTI reports), and everyone who wanted to sell has already sold TIE before the earnings.

In addition, nobody expected that TIE beats on revenue (revenue is more important, because EPS miss was largely due to low capacity utilization -- meaning TIE has a huge potential to report much higher EPS with just a small uptick in demand – it is like a loaded spring that can snap up exponentially).
