It's not over yet. Sentiment in the general market is growing very negative. Since this is a small cap play in a risky market, it will get hit very hard if the overall market gets a nasty correction.

A weak recovery, I can handle. I just don't want to see further signs of deterioration that suggest something much worse is waiting when the stimulus runs out.

Despite the signs of recovery here and there, I have remained pretty concerned about the baltic shipping index, the rail volumes etc. There is no sign whatsover of recovery in those indicators.
