Really - I have been looking and reviewing this company.

They gave up on being a biotech company and really are aiming at being a licensing company to their technology. Thus they have no more labs to do their work or studies directly recently started by them but through other companies - so any success in other studies will translate in licensing success for other companies if they do well.

How do you valuate a new company as such? Means basically no liability overhead because they don't need to really maintain an office/manufacturing offices
