Selling for less than the working capital they have on their books (Current Assets minus Current Liabilities).

They have not made a decent return on their assets over the years. Unless their big customers are getting ready to ditch them, or the private equity firm is going to take us to the cleaners, I see some value here.

Also, there is a chance for big demand for their wipes if the HN1 virus scare heats up.
