Has anyone received notice of the annual meeting date or a voting proxy card? I've read bits and pieces about changes in the board member candidates, etc. but still no formal information or voting proxy received in my mailbox. Any update would be appreciated since I thought the meeting was supposed to be held in May? I tried the tecumseh.com website and it appears all Investor Relations has listed is a mailing address unless I missed something there. I don't need anything except an electronic mail contact address to obtain my voting proxy. Thanks.
