term debt. The stock has only traded below WC-LTD once in the past 12 years (2003). In 2001 I purchased a company that had $14 working capital and no debt (and only break even earnings)for $9.00 ..... within 6 months I was up 70%.

I missed the bottom of this one but the current stock price should probably rise into the low-mid 30s within a year. Thats about 50-60% return.

I see very little downside with this company and if it were to trade lower I will add to my position.
