The Obama administration has decided to kick foreign (non Jones-Act qualified) vessels out of the business of servicing all the hundreds of rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. This will cause KSP and similarly situated Jones Act qualified offshore servicing vessel companies to explode as the new CBP rules come into effect in November 2009.
