Plain and simple, Yes. No doubt the trend of this stock has been down, while the rest of the market is up. Investing in R&D from the last report did not impress more buying by existing or new investors.
This made this small cap stock a canidate for manipulation, for hedge funds that are looking for a short term profit by forcing down a weak stock further then where it should be (in my opinion). They do not have to pull there dollars out fast until this stock hits higher then 4.40. Lets see where we are in 2 weeks, I predict higher then 4.50
