You're more optimistic than me! I think $2.5ish is just going to be something that was remembered as being seen in the rear view mirror. Volume is a lot higher than even during the "panicy" March timeframe. Looks like some Mutual funds and Institutional investors are rebalancing their books. I can wait to see the next output from the institutional investors. They've certainly shaved some of their holdings since the break down. How much more then have is anyone's guess....
