Bad news is good news.

Good news is good news.

Bad news means any/all of the following:

1. Things can only get better.

2. The gov't will continue stimulating.

3. It's less bad than we thought.

4. It's less bad than analysts said it
would be.

5. The market's discounted the bad number.

Good news on the other hand means:

1. The robust recovery is at hand.

2. The consumer's on the rebound.

3. We're now in a solid upward economic
cycle.

4. Growth is accelerating, buy everything
at any price.
