Why isn't the SEC investigating the Company. Simple - there is nothing to investigate. The current managment cleaned up the SEC issues from the the Dabah era.

Need I remind everyone it was during the Dabah era the company was under an SEC investigation.

It was Dabah the auditors didn't trust. It was under Dabah the company could not file its 10K and there were numorous shareholder suits.

It was under Dabah the cash got sucked out of the company and the Disney agreement was violated time and time again.

It was under Dabah that you guys spent money was like a drunken sailors and a good time was had by all that post to this baord, while a bad time was had by the banks and the shareholders.

Now these same people are being held accountable to a standard, all they do is whine.

Another month has past and another month that the company beat wall street expectations and increased earnings guidance. I'm sure the quarterly report will show cash on the balance sheet even after paying off Dabah to go away.

Stocks up and I guess I will have to wait another month to see the company tank. Where is the HOOP law suit (still waiting)

Casino my butt. Chuck has doubled the stock since Dabah left, while the market has tanked.
