price-wise, it's easy that it could be taken private but i don't think the board of directors are ready to face a huge lawsuit.

i suggested that they adopt a poison pill to the former management, maybe i need to mention this to mel next time i talk to him.

besides, there are lots of insiders bought kool shares at much higher price and lots of options have much higher exercise price.

your worry is legit but going private is not likely.... if a price offered that can satisfy the people bought or with options at higher prices, it'll be just fine with you and me....
