I find the last thread--"most important"--to be quite revealing. Thanks to Ametea and stocktrader7 for their insights. What has occurred to me is the prospect of kool becoming a private company. With a market cap of about $34 million, some hedge fund or capital management team could easily step in and ante up $50 to $70 million to buy this operation lock-stock-and-barrel. I have always felt kool held great promise in its product line-up. But management is indeed terrible.

Shareholders could probably be bought out for a dollar and a half or so. Long term holders might scream bloody murder, yet the newest investors might realize a gain of 100% or more.

Now as you all know, I don't believe this company's prospects are all that great. But with a private management team there is greater accountability.
