I plan to hold KOOL for two more quarters to see if Mel can indeed pull off a turnaround. I'm not that optimistic that it can be done, no matter who is running this company. My basis is just above the apparent floor of $.57- $.60. I feel the near term upside potential is $.30-$.40 vs. the downside of perhaps a nickel. Therefore, it makes sense to hold for now.

That said, you're correct. KOOL is a dog and probably always will be. It will be nice if some other company wants to own this dog.
