After running from 14 and change to 34 and change, JOE has given up half of that gain and dropped back to 24. The market might have a retracement coming, but my guess is that JOE has already seen most of its retracement. The net cash position assures JOE is a survivor and the main idea of inflation and baby boomers retiring to Florida still remains intact. I just took a very small flyer on this one. The downtrend could easily continue for a while longer, but I think the stock has largely re-set to attractive levels. I might add another flyer or two at lower levels if the fall continues.
