Why do you think they hired this guy? Obviously because they are about to go into production and want to raise capital. That means they now want their stock to go higher. It is a good bet that it will. I think the time to buy is now. By year end, they will have closed with Baywater and also have submitted the Roca Honda permit application. Or they will have failed with either or both of these. Either way, the stock is going to get more volume and should move one way or the other. However the upside is the one with more room. Note that it moves up on high volume, a sign of a bull market starting.
