Earlier this year there was mention by the CEO that STB would seek listing on a US exchange. Not sure they
can qualify for the NYSE, but it would seem that ASE would not be a problem. Since they are now the fourth largest bus co in the US, listing on a US exchange would help their business developement and stock price performance.

They pay a nice dividend and like the industry. Kids need to get to get to school even in a recession or worse. Also, with Laidlaw gone, they could fill a void for US ownership of the local bus company.
