Third, the "no news is good news" discussion was philosophical in nature with me stating that if I have released news of a material nature on a subject and have not issued further news on the subject then the original news must still be true. If there are material changes then I will issue a press release announcing the changes. This is the same for all public companies.


Fourth, the share structure is reported and up to date.


Fifth, with respect to forthcoming news, I stated to this fellow that I may have news to report in the next week or so. That is no guarantee that there will be news. This is the same terminology described in press release "safe harbor" statements.
