I'm new here and perhaps don't understand the accounting, but it seems this plant was running 97% of the time but lost money which obviously wouldn't be good. Perhaps it wasn't really running 97% of the time, but rather "available" that's causing the confusion. It's also difficult, if not impossible, to segregate the operating costs for this installation. Are the numbers for this plant's operation available anywhere? By numbers I mean revenue, expenses and at what level of production was it operating?
