Lar's Dalgaard's "NO JERK RULE"     10-Mar-09 11:48 pm
I'm a former employee of SFSF. I left on very good terms for a much better opportunity. My high tech background allows me to work from home now. I enjoyed the good ole days. But it's not the same company. A current SFSF employee showed me this site. I was asked to comment on Dalgaard's NO JERK RULE. I don't know much about stocks. Employee's did extremely well with their insider stock sales. They probably made more $$$ than most investors. Sorry about that guys. Dalgaard made everyone believe that SFSF would skyrocket like salesforce.com but it never did. It never will. SFSF doesn't manage money very well. If a couple of large clients terminate their contracts, I don't see this company weathering through the next 18 months.

Re: Dalgaard's No Jerk Rule. He got the idea from Dr. Sutton from Stanford University. Dr. Sutton wrote the No A$$H*LE Rule. Every year Sutton attends a SFSF event where he promotes his book. He brags on Dalgaard. In turn, Dalgaard gets media write-ups. Dalgaard is not Mr. Clean. Dr. Sutton doesn't have a clue how employees are treated or what's going on within SFSF ranks. Most employees role their eyes & yawn when Sutton appears at SFSF.

Rumor has it...some former employees have had to get attorneys just to get paid their duly earned commissions. One is thinking of filing with an enforcement agency. Many employees are looking for opportunities elsewhere despite the economy. With sizeable layoffs - it's difficult for those left behind to grind the mill. Too much is required of them now.

The "No Jerk Rule" doesn't exist. Never did.
