After Pocket's comment, I had to do a little checking on this TCN company. Found the following.
1. They have only 15 employees as naterbird said. Check this. The president is Terrell Bird, and 8 of the 15 are named Bird. Is this a company or a cult. What happens to their customers when the mother ship arrives?
2. They have a history of overpromising and underperforming. Since they are too small to create their own value proposition, they say they are just like SDBT, but cheaper. Of course they are cheaper; they don't deliver, and they have no developers, security, support.
3. As Pocket said, they can say whatever they want. They are not third party verified as PCI compliant.
4. Since they are too small to have a marketing budget naterbird hangs out and libels the competition. Let's hope they are just poor and stupid, and that the Birds' nest egg isn't invested in shorting SDBT stock.
5. They play games with pricing. They promise to cap long calls, but put in an 18 or 30 second minimum on short ones. Since 40% or more calls are answering machines, they clean up with the hidden minimums. Very tricky TCN.
6. They have no expertise in the billing and collection world in which they sell, which makes them dangerous in this highly regulated industry, FCRA, HIPAA, FDCPA, TCPA.

Poor understaffed, undercapitalized TCN should quit lurking the message boards trashing legitmate companies and consider building a product that works.
