Hey,

A couple of messages on this board have refered to BEP maturing at NAV on March 30th. I have been unable to find information related to this fact on the fund website, the Annual and Semi-Annual Reports, nor in the SEC filings. Can somebody point me to the details on this maturation? Thanks.
