Best case is the second quarter of 2010 for the coating, Entering phase III for the GEL should bring a big boost. My guess is this is a beggining of a rise to the $1-$2 (AU price) range by the end of year. There were too many large blocks purchsed in the last few weeks. Information might have leaked. I doubt it is becuase the extension of the patent. Historically they announce earnings on the 29th of September.

Perhaps they will provide guidence of positive earnings. They stated that the condom deal would be worth in excess of 100M AUD. Those deals are usually 5-10 year deals. If they feel they can get to market in the second quarter then a 10M AUD payout is not unreasonable. That would allow them to have 5M AUD in profits by next year a low estimate. With a forward P/E of 15 that would make the market cap 75M. A fair low end price of 1.10 pretty resonable. If you price in passing phase II and other items it seem that this could see a nice jump even above that.
