ShoreTel is such a joke. What did this EMEA dealer do the other 11 months of the year. One sales rep can do way over $1M in sales in a year. All of the marketing hype is starting to wash away and expose ShoreTel's crappy business model. How can a company with 60% plus gross margins piss everything away and lose money??
