There is now a 12-hour Ibuprofen over the counter product available in the UK made by Galpharm (Brunel) which has been owned by Perrigo for about a year. I guess that explains why nothing ever happened between Scolr and Perrigo on CDT IB. On the positive side, maybe an OTC extended release IB being on the market will make Scolr more attractive to IB competitors. That, along with the recent introduction of 8-hour Tylenol, bodes well for Scolr. It would only make sense that Perrigo persues FDA approval. I don't know what else Scolr needs as incentives for partners to take a look. The ball is in their court.
