When management of a startup company seems more interested in figuring out new ways to increase their stock options before the company is old enought to publish any sales figures, priorities are misaligned. This is really the only purpose of the shareholder meeting. Since when do shareholders vote on who the auditor is?

A nice little trick too. If you don't vote, you are yes voting for 3,500,000 free shares for management.

If companies need excessive option packages to motivate them to do a good job, something is missing. 500,000 shares gifted for what work?

Think this stock is going past $2? It won't be for long with so many financiers looking to cash in. My count from the below is 16 million shares of stock holding down the company. Pretty soon, it will be another 8 million....
