BTW, CRM won't be bought out by a company such as IBM, which is developing their own cloud computing. This won't be a repeat of the BNI buyout. The major difference is valuation. BNI had a modest valuation. CRM is overvalued, IMHO. There are too many tech companies working on their own cloud computing. BNI has assets, including rails that aren't easily replicable for less than it cost to buy BNI. Cloud computing development is replicable at lower costs than buying CRM. That's the difference. I didn't have a position in STEC, but could CRM look more like STEC after earnings?
