If they're looking for senior-level execs., as the press release states, then perhaps they should take a look at General Moly (GMO). It basically consists of a huge molybdenum project that is going to take some years to develop, esp. in this economic environment, whereas SRCH's Clarkdale project looks like it's ready to launch. GMO's management team wld appear to have the requisite experience in gold mining, e.g., Newmont Mining, etc.

Maybe SRCH could simply "borrow" GMO's guys 'til Clarkdale is in full production, and then return them when moly prospects are more ripe. I believe it's called a "repo" in the finance industry. Cheers.
