If there wasn't the one-time bump from retiring some of their LT debt, profits would have been less than half of what they were in Q3 last year. It was a bad quarter, and the stock is reacting that way.

The only bright light I see is in the cash flows but, even there, there are several one-time items going different ways, so it is tough to make much of it.
