Compass or Christal ball?     22-Oct-09 11:42 am
I have been watching this one for quite a while remaining optimistic, hoping that good things could & would happen. Just waiting for a few signs to indicate they could survive this economy. I have seen nothing, so it is quite confusing. A change of management an influx of TARP, some rising prices, but nothing significant has kicked it in the butt. I am concerned about their exposure to the housing Florida collapse and new crisis of all those new houses built with chinese (tainted) drywall, that will all have to be restored in order to be inhabital. This week, Fla counties opened bonds at over 7% using the TARP money as backup. Not a bad deal and they were quickly scarfed up. This is a cheap stock, I think the value could be there, but no one has a compass pointing to where it will go, nor a christal ball. If we all concentrate to provide any VALID indicators of either negative or positive factors, we could collectively be able to form some good opinions and choices on SUPR. Hang in there for now...
