As far a funding Pegasus is concerned -- SYNO is doing that in either case. Every $$$ that Pegasus loses comes out of SYNOs Balance Sheet and also from their earnings

You wouldn't lose out on 50% of Pegasus earnings down the road because you would own your share of the listed stock and SYNO would own the remaining 49&

Meanwhile based on the way SYNO has declined the October 1/4 could be very negative (not just from Pegasus). SYNOs growth rate declined in the July 1/4 and they have added salespersons that detract from results for 6 months and there was new competition for Peri-Strips thaq detracted from revenues
