SYNO have two choices for growth - spend a bunch on R&D OR buy Pegasus improve/incorporate their products and build on its existing customer base. IMO, the Pegasus route is the cheaper, quicker option. There is already a loyal customer base that SYNO can build on rather than starting from scratch.

In the next earnings report, you will see EPS improvement because the one-time charge for Pegasus will be only $1.5M. We could get a surprise positive EPS.

We are not in the best interest of the analysts. They will upgrade SYNO once they gathered enough weak hands. It is always the same 90% the lose money. They sell into weakness or analyst downgrade and buy it up on strength or an upgrade. SYNO will be back to the $15s short term. That will be the launching pad up for the next earnings report."
