If stock price is still sitting $10 or so when they need to raise capital, I hope they'll consider some sort of rights offering to current shareholders, maybe a convertible preferred like what they issued to Dennis & Co, give us an opportunity to protect our current interest. I personally would much prefer to kick in a couple bucks for a preferred interest than see my current investment diluted.
