For KSM, I looked at the report from Wardrop, see the sensitivity analysis.
Cut down from the 20% increase to a 5% increase in POG, this would add 345 million $ to the NPV @5% discount rate.

Same for the CL economic assessment – Sensitivity analysis
additional 285 million $ NPV @5% discount

together thats 630 million $ or 16,24$ per share.

Looking at these numbers, I get quite excited when KSM is hopefully sold and Sea returns to the Courageous Lake Properties, its a lot of value to unlock there.

The stockprice didn´t really react on the POG spike, so there are 2 possinbilities. I am afraid we have seen a false break out, otherwise the stock should follow at due course.
