Thanks for all the feedback folks...really learning a lot about the nuances or possible nuances associated with government/bio contracts.
I know the headaches and time involved in million dollar software contracts and ALL the delays...I can't imagine the complexity when you start talking billion plus, you add govt red tape, add bio complexity...heck...I'm not suprised about the delay at this point! LOL. Anyways...nice reference to how the last grant to SIGA was announced. Govt posting and then PR by SIGA following a day or so behind. I guess corporate company to company is different...typically it's more of a "partnership" and PR's are released with both parties involvement or knowledge. Rating :
