Well, I guess I meant just discussions with all the partners who have a stake in the sucrose enhancer that just received GRAS approval. This could include Cadbury and most definitely involves Firmenich.

I can't imagine Firmenich deciding that they don't want to use the product. Why else would they have given SNMX the initial $10,000,000 upfront if they didn't see this coming? We don't know the details of their agreement, but I'd assume that Firmenich had access to the sucrose product while they were negotiating their sweetner agreement. Obviously they were already impressed with the sucralose enhancer at that point since it was already being ramped up for commercialization, but I would guess that SNMX gave them a look at the sucrose enhancer as well. Otherwise why (and how) could they have possibly agreed on the 30 day window to decide yes/no on commercialization of the product after GRAS? So, hopefully we'll hear something positive on this soon.
