1. Its very oversold and the short interest is huge if there is more good news like this they will have to cover and the pPS will rise on that alone.

2. They payed the 3Q interest they owed so they are on track to payback TARP.

3. The new Tax Credit will help them alot with the overall numbers for the year.

4.They where the ONLY Carolina bank to get this which tells me they will survive and then some!

5. I live in Florida things are improving alot quicker than most might think their exposure here is not as bad as many think much better probably I think so they will survive their exposure much better than most realize!
