The shareholders get a dividend reduction and the bank is spending how much on director life/retirement policies for a bunch of beyond retirement men. The directors took credit for for the great success/performance of the bank, but I bet they don't take credit for the declining performance. Over compensation hits home. Wonder about the timing of this reduction.
