bought this last week expecting a run-up given the low valuation and selloff the last few months w/ declining earnings expectations. I suspect the softness they saw was due to slack demand ahead of Win 7. I wasn't bothering to buy a new PC before the 22nd though I've needed one for awhile. Don't want to bother w/ upgrade hassle. SYX seems well positioned for the cycle of upgrades that stalled when Vista was judged such a failure few participated in that upgrade cycle.

I'm guessing it'll do pretty well for the next couple weeks, back off and stall for awhile, and will be a "show me" situation on their earnings/revs.
