Sorry you had poor service, you did the right thing not giving them your money. Myself, I have had pretty good luck with Sears tire centers. Just had a 2nd set put on, at the Sears in Albany, Georgia, and they were courteous and quick, took about an hour to put on 4 Bridgestones and do a standard oil change, so I have no complaints.
I got sucked in by the Cramer hype a few years ago and am hoping the stock comes back a little so I can get out. I wish Sears could fix its problems since the name is such an icon but I will not be surprised if they do go away. Sentiment : Hold Rating :
