No company is going to hire a temp for 4 days to fill in a perm worker who is sick with the flu. In 4 days you can't learn someones job (unless its just answering a phone). Maybe the company thejtr128 works for would hire a temp to replace him if he gets sick. But professionals are not replaced with temps for 4 days to mess up the job while the experts sick.
